Food is attractively served on silver and other platters and cocktail serviettes are provided. Coffee/Tea can be provided for $4.40 extra per person. The price includes a chef and kitchen staff for up to 4 hours (Wait staff hourly rates per staff member apply thereafter – to avoid this surcharge we recommend that you plan your speeches to follow the completion of food service). For bookings of 100 or more people one waiter will be provided free of charge for up to 4 hours (for cocktail party menu only), thereafter wait staff hourly rates apply.
